Necessary :
1. Bachelor degree or above and the major in Human Resources or Business Administration
2. Over 3 years' working experience in HR or Administration function at production facility, foreign invested company ibackground is preferred
3. Know about local labor regulation and relation functional bureau, know about local talent situation
4. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office programs eg. Word, Excel and Outlook. Good English skill.
5. Good time management skill
Job Objectives:
Assist to make the administration guideline, planning and budget of the department.; responsible for recruitment work and make a systematic training management system .Provide other support to HR & Admin Manager.
Main tasks (max 5)
1. "Assist to make the administration management rules and regulations and supervise the implementation for the company. Responsible for the supervision for security personnel and car driver, and other tasks from leaders."
2. Receive the travelers to Ganzhou plant and employees out to business, which include but not limited to the hotel booking, domestics transportation (flight)… and meeting (room) arrangement if necessary.
3. Sending stationary to staff who claims for and making records for all the usage of stationary, which include but not limited to stationery, name cards, courier service, EMS, DHL and so on.Maintain Admin sourcing for the office, such as office equipment, telephone, fax, water, newspaper etc
4. Arrange the recruitment related work including but not limited to publish the advertisement, arrange interviews,assist to the on board procedure. Assist to build a training management system for the company and follow up.
5. Support HR Manager in related projects as required on all HR functions,such as recruitment, training and so on.
